Responsibility 

Cost-Price warrants the delivery of its products within a reasonable time frame. 

Exchange policy 

Cost-Price does not offer any reimbursement on the products sold. An exchange is accepted within 7 days.  

The exchanged products have to be in their original packaging, and will be issued during the following purchase.

Limits of liability

Cost-price cannot be considered responsible for any harm caused directly, or inderctly by the products sold.  

In case of a climatic hazard, or any type of similar Acts of God, Cost-Price reserves the right to deliver the products within a longer time frame. 

Shipping& low order fee

Cost-price charges a flat rate of 2,75$ for shipping fees, as well as a 7,25$ low order fee, which cover all shipping expenses, across Greater Montreal. 

The low order fee will be removed once the subtotal of an order has reached 75$. 

Online orders 

Every online order is processed, and shipped within 24-48 hours. 

Shipping details will be issued via E-mail.
